Since 2002, the SCGA Foundation has had the opportunity to support the game and its inherent values through its Grants Initiative. This year the SCGA Foundation will disburse $100,000 to support local youth programs that teach the game of golf and its inherent values while focusing on making the game more accessible to youth who may not normally play and improving the opportunities for those participants both inside and outside of the game. If your organization has not worked with the SCGA Foundation in the previous two years, please contact Kate Kennedy at (800) 554-7242 ext. 339 prior to submitting an application.
2010 grant applications must be postmarked by February 1, 2010 in order to be considered for review.
