How golf has impacted him: “Through Pro Kids and the game of golf, I have learned that patience and perseverance will help me get to and hold on to a position in the medical field.”
On his future plans: “Through Pro Kids, I have learned responsibility and maturity. In order to become a pharmacist, I must be able to handle myself in both of these ways.”

How golf has impacted him: “A significant moment in my life would be qualifying for the Wal-Mart First Tee Open because I tried three times before I made it and never gave up.” Alvin represented Pro Kids Golf Academy at the 2006 Wal-Mart First Tee Open, where he had the opportunity to play with Champions Tour Player.
On pursuing his degree: “Pro Kids made my college experience possible because I learned that I can go to college and I can persevere through hard times; all I needed was to be confident.”

On college academics: “Although I already had great academic strength in high school, college has been a greater challenge requiring more than I anticipated. Pro Kids has supported me through this challenge and the decision making process of changing majors.”
